Sandstone Patio Cleaner & Brick Patio Cleaner
An effective natural stone patio cleaner that quickly removes dirt, algae and lichen. Remove black spot from block paving, concrete or natural stone on patios.

Patio Clean Xtreme is a powerful patio cleaner that will transform all types of patio, including natural stone, flagstones, block paving, cobble lock paving and crazy paving. It's the easy way to clean your patio without intensive pressure washing. It is effective not just as a sandstone patio cleaner but also a brick patio cleaner.

- Algae and Lichens
- Moss
For areas of stubborn dirt and intense organic growth dilute 1:1 and apply to a wet surface. For best results work the patio cleaner into surface gently with a broom, keeping the surface damp and rinse off after approx 1 hour.
- Simply dilute 1:1 and apply to a wet surface by watering can or sprayer.
- It is important that the patio remains wet for 1 hour.
- Then wash away with water from hose or pressure washer. For areas of heavy soiling, scrub into surface or re-apply.
How to Apply
Application:
- Sweep away loose debris & areas with a heavy build-up of dirt & grime.
- Wet surface area with water.
- Dilute Patio Cleaner Xtreme at a ratio of 1:1. If removing black spot, don't dilute (use neat).
- Apply product to surface using a watering can or sprayer.
- Make sure that surface area doesn't dry out before rinsing off.
- Leave on surface area for up to 60 minutes.
- Rinse area with water.
It is important the patio remains wet throughout during 60 minute period, as the product becomes inactive once dry. Most ingrained organic matter and grime will be removed after one application, but sometimes a second application may be required to remove all black and white spot algae.

Patio Clean Xtreme contains chlorine which will stain fabrics and other materials. Toxic to vegetation and aquatic life, wear mask, gloves and goggles at all times. Avoid contact with skin and eyes, Patio Xtreme60 can cause skin burns. Keep out of the reach of children. See data sheets for more details.

Driveway was thick with lichen and black spots. Sprayed it at 1:1 and left it on for two hours, then power-washed off. Did a fantastic job. Even the heavy lichen was mostly gone. Lots of black spots still on the granite wall caps but I've ordered another Drive Clean Xtreme and will spray it on neat, leave for several hours and see where we are then. By the way, overall the granite wall caps are spotless! Great product. Not only have to recommend but I've bought more myself :-)
