To keep staining to a minimum on Slate, it is highly advisable to seal the surface to form a protective barrier. This makes cleaning and ongoing maintenance of your Slate or any Natural Stone tiles and surfaces much easier.

Keep your Slate floor tiles looking like new by sealing them with Smartseal Slate Sealer. The sealer is available in a Dry 'invisible' finish, a Colour Enhancer which will darken the tiles slightly and brings out some colour a
